How do I place a custom order?

Start by requesting an estimate. Tell us what you want to make, your preferred items and colors, the quantity, where you want the design placed, and when you need the order. If you have a logo or inspiration photos, send those along too. We’ll review the details and help you choose the right production method.

What can Parkerbuilt customize?

We produce custom apparel and headwear using printing and embroidery, and offer laser engraving, sublimation, wide-format printing, and design services. That means we can help with anything from company shirts and embroidered hats to branded drinkware, signs, and event materials. Tell us about your project if you don’t see the exact item on the site.

Can you help me choose between DTF, DTG, and embroidery?

Absolutely. Embroidery gives hats, polos, jackets, and uniforms a stitched look. Direct-to-film (DTF) works well for colorful designs on many types of apparel. Direct-to-garment (DTG) prints ink directly onto suitable garments and can be a good choice for detailed artwork. The best option depends on the item, design, quantity, and look you want. We’ll recommend a method when we review your order.

Do you offer bulk orders for businesses, teams, or events?

Yes. We work on orders for businesses, teams, events, and organizations. Share your quantity, sizes, artwork, and deadline so we can recommend products and quote the project accurately.

What kind of artwork should I send?

Send the best-quality version of your logo or design that you have. A vector file is especially helpful when available. If you only have a PNG, JPG, or another version, send it anyway—we can review it and let you know whether it needs to be cleaned up, resized, or prepared for production.

Can you create a logo or fix my existing artwork?

Yes. Our design services can help with new artwork and with preparing an existing design for production. Tell us what you have and what you need it to go on. Any design or artwork preparation work will be discussed as part of your estimate.

Is embroidery digitizing the same as creating a logo?

No. Digitizing prepares an existing design as a stitch file that an embroidery machine can use. Some logos need adjustments to stitch cleanly at the chosen size. We’ll review your artwork and let you know if digitizing or design work is needed.

Can you match my brand colors?

Send your brand guidelines, color codes, or an existing item for reference. We’ll work toward a close match and discuss the available thread, ink, material, or product color options. Colors may appear different across screens and physical materials.

Can I see how my design will look before it’s made?

Ask about a digital mockup or sample when requesting your estimate. We can discuss the right review option for your project, along with any applicable cost or timing, before production.

Can I supply my own shirts, hats, or other items?

You can contact us about decorating items you supply. Send the item details first so we can check whether the material, shape, and construction are suitable for the requested printing, embroidery, or engraving method.

What if I can’t find the size, color, or product I want online?

Get in touch. Tell us the style, size, color, and quantity you need, and we’ll help explore available options for a custom order.

How long does a custom order take?

Timing depends on the product, quantity, artwork, production method, and current schedule. Include your required delivery or pickup date when you request an estimate so we can tell you what’s possible. Production timing and shipping transit time are separate.

Do you accept rush orders?

If you have a firm deadline, let us know the date and quantity as early as possible. We’ll check product availability and our production schedule before confirming whether we can meet it.

Do you offer local pickup or shipping?

Yes. Free local pickup is available at our Gilbert, Arizona location. Shipping options and charges are shown or confirmed for the order. If you’re placing a custom order, let us know whether you’d prefer pickup or shipping when you request your estimate.
